Viseur AI will represent Türkiye at the AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva, Switzerland.
'Viseur AI' won first place at the AI for Good Innovation Factory Türkiye, a collaboration between Akbank's innovation center Akbank LAB and the United Nations' (UN) telecommunications agency International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
According to a statement from Akbank, the Türkiye final of the program, which is run under the umbrella of the "ReFi Türkiye" program established by Akbank LAB and the social innovation platform imece in cooperation with the UN-affiliated ITU, was held.
Viseur AI, a startup that transforms healthcare by optimizing clinical workflows and facilitating the artificial intelligence development process for medical professionals, won first place among four finalists following the jury evaluation at the event, which Akbank LAB participated in as its Turkey partner.
Viseur AI will represent Türkiye at the AI for Good Global Summit, held in Geneva, Switzerland, from July 8-11, competing for the $20,000 grand prize in the finals. Viseur AI has also qualified for the UN-supported AI for Good Innovation Factory Startup Acceleration program, where it will gain access to global mentorship, collaboration networks, and investment opportunities.
The jury for the program included Osman Emre Geredeli, Vice President of Akbank LAB Innovation Center; Altan Çakır, Founder of Adin.Ai and Parton Big Data and Co-Chair of the Turkish Artificial Intelligence Platform; Barbaros Günay, Corporate Customer Leader of Microsoft Turkey; Didem Ün Ateş, General Manager of Lotus AI; and İlkay Demirdağ, Impact and Investment Consultant.

The AI for Good Innovation Factory program, an acceleration and presentation platform that supports the growth and scaling of artificial intelligence-based startups that offer solutions to global problems, offers startups global exposure, access to investment and funding sources, one-on-one support from expert mentors, participation in international collaboration networks, and media visibility.
The ReFi Turkey program, conducted in collaboration with Akbank LAB and imece, is undertaking projects that explore the intersection of technology, finance, and impact. Launched in 2022 with a focus on blockchain technology, the program has been offering content and projects related to the use of artificial intelligence technologies for good since 2024. The program will continue to write content, provide training, and implement projects focused on the use of advanced technologies for environmental and social innovation.
